In 1994, Serge Monast published “Project Blue Beam (NASA)”, claiming that NASA, along with the United Nations, was trying to create a New World Order through a technologically simulated Second Coming of Christ. In 1995, he published “Les Protocoles de Toronto (6.6.6)”, suggesting that a Masonic group called “6.6.6” had been gathering powerful individuals for 20 years to establish the New World Order and control people’s minds. Serge Monast passed away in December 1996 at the age of 51. His works still circulate online and have influenced other conspiracy theorists like Texe Marrs. Some of his later works have been republished by French publisher Jacques Delacroix.
