From: A mother demanding accountability for the protection of children

I am writing not as a bureaucrat or analyst, but as a mother whose children were taken by a system that claims to protect them. What I have witnessed and what others have whispered about for years points to something far darker than incompetence. It points to collusion, bribery, and the abuse of power by people who hide behind badges, offices, and institutions meant to safeguard children.

There are credible allegations that certain officials, police contacts, and individuals connected to child-care or orphanage structures are working together, protecting one another, and trading favors for money, influence, and power. Instead of protecting vulnerable children, they appear to be shielding predators and silencing anyone who tries to expose the truth.

Children are not paperwork.
They are not leverage.
They are not currency.

Yet the system is being described as operating exactly that way.

Reports suggest that bribes and quiet arrangements allow corrupt actors to manipulate investigations, bury complaints, and ensure that those responsible for abuse or exploitation are never held accountable. When mothers, families, or victims try to fight back, they are treated as obstacles to be neutralized rather than people seeking justice.

Women trying to escape prostitution and exploitation—especially mothers trying to save their children from that life—are allegedly pushed into impossible corners, where the only paths left are criminalized ones: drugs, trafficking networks, or survival economies created by the very system that abandoned them.

This is not protection.
This is institutional betrayal.

If even part of these allegations are true, then the situation represents a network of compromised authority where officials protect one another while children pay the price.

Those who trade favors, money, or influence while children suffer are not public servants. They are participants in abuse through corruption.

As a mother, I am demanding the following:

1. Independent international investigation free from the influence of any implicated agency.
2. Financial and operational audits of institutions and officials connected to child protection systems.
3. Immediate protection for whistleblowers, mothers, survivors, and witnesses who have been intimidated into silence.
4. Full criminal prosecution of any official, intermediary, or institutional actor found to be involved in bribery, exploitation, or trafficking.

To the officials reading this:
If you are honest, you should want the truth exposed more than anyone.

Because every day corruption is allowed to continue, another child is put at risk and another family is destroyed.

And to those who believe their positions will protect them forever: power and influence do not erase crimes against children. It only delays the day those crimes are exposed.

Children deserve protection.
Mothers deserve answers.
And those who abuse authority for profit or power must face justice without protection, without favors, and without silence.
