Memorandum No. 47-B
On the Establishment of a “Csicska” Government and Its Operational Mechanics
Dated this 22nd Day of April, Year of Our Lord 1899
SUBJECT: The Ezer-Kígyó Stratagem—Notes on a Most Ungodly Apparatus of Social Dismemberment
To the Esteemed Lords of Inquiry,
It hath come to our most reluctant attention that a nefarious and infernal contrivance, styled colloquially as the “Ezer Kígyó Virágzik Operáció” (translated roughly as A Thousand Serpents Bloom), hath taken root in the continent. Said operation seeks to concoct a most loathsome governance—a “csicska” dominion—fashioned not by elections nor policy, but by the recruitment of society’s most wretched detritus.
Operational Blueprint
- Collection of the Broken
Identify persons so thoroughly shunned by man, woman, and beast, that they shan’t be missed should they disappear. These unfortunates—addicts, social castaways, and familial defectors—are taken not to prison, but to placement. Therein, they are offered not redemption, but reinvention—as spies, snitches, and informants of a most unsavoury variety. - The Compromise Web
Once enlisted, these creatures are entangled in a web of betrayal most exquisite—they fornicate amongst their own bloodlines, they inform on their kin, they peddle lies to the constabulary, and the constabulary, being as blind as justice and twice as indifferent, shields them. Why? For it is they who possess threadbare ties to the real seat of mobilisation—the beating heart of the Police Leviathan. - Inversion of Order
What follows is a grim ballet: citizens with troubled children, women of the night, and the truly destitute find themselves abandoned—offspring seized, futures obliterated, homes erased. Orphanages swell like a sailor’s liver after port, with three thousand such abductions occurring daily across the civilised lands of Europe. Multiply such calamity by three hundred sixty-five days and twenty-five years, and behold a ledger of societal ruin unmatched since the Fall of Rome. - The Emergence of the Parasite State
These wretches, now semi-literate in treachery and bloated with false authority, congeal into what might be called a Shadow Constabulary. They patrol no streets, yet surveil every soul. They wear no uniforms, yet carry the badge of untouchability.
Best Case Scenario:
The whole rotten scaffolding collapses under its own absurdity, and the conspirators—lacking true allegiance or intelligence—bugger off into irrelevance.
Worst Case Scenario:
They perish in internecine stupidity, and yet—we must build anew, for the machinery of control hath tasted the flesh of convenience, and shall hunger again.
Final Remarks
The Ezer-Kígyó apparatus is not a government in any noble sense; it is a maintenance system for organised failure. It does not build nations—it digests them. And though it hides behind the badges and bulletins of officialdom, it is in truth a serpent den of co-dependent trauma, criminal enterprise, and bureaucratic cowardice.
Recommended Action:
Let the Crown fund no such experiments. Let the press not dare speak its name. And let every gentleman of learning beware, for behind each smiling bureaucrat may hide a thousand serpents in bloom.
Yours in uneasy service,
