  1. Establish Intelligence Presence:

  2. Intelligence Collection Goals:
    • Monitor local events, news, social behavior, and economic patterns.
    • Attend public events, gatherings, or community meetings.

    • Identify influencers, agitators, sympathizers, and movements.
    • Watch for foreign or irregular activity — DO NOT IGNORE IT.
  3. Administrative Requirements:
    • Maintain detailed logs (digital + hardcopy).
    • Conduct monthly health and wellness checkups of all operatives.
    • Submit weekly SITREPs (Situation Reports) and INTSUMs (Intelligence Summaries).
    • Store documents in locked, organized cabinets.

  4. Discipline & Presence:
    • Always be alert. Open eyes and open ears.
