MEMORANDUM (EDITED TRANSCRIPT)

This memorandum concerns a classified radio device that connected gifted people representing approximately 10% of Western populations. These individuals were able to assume positions and factions in order to outmaneuver criminal and government elements of the Soviet Union.

The war was intended to last until the last communist, so a fascist, fully enclosed system was created that would target drug addicts, racists, and pedophile control words as mechanisms of control for men in decision-making power around the world. To avoid nuclear war with the internet, many websites were created in Russia about nudism and naturalism, which caught victims of the scheme of “gourd,” while dark-web elements from the Netherlands, involving clowns, played their part.

The 1990s were an era ruled by corrupt police officers and drug-trafficking networks who enjoyed a large amount of freedom due to less lethal drugs like ecstasy and cocaine, and were considered part of operations.
